how often would u cycle multiple supplements. the only ones i've taken are some creatine & thermogenic burners.
there are so many supplements out there that it gets very confusing when & how to take them.
1) for any of u guys w/ experience, how often do u cycle? i've heard for muscle mass supplements like creatine or NO, some use it for 8 wks & cycle off for about a 1-2 wk.
2) also, when would u take, e.g., creatine, fatburner, amino acids, etc., in a day? i talked to one guy & he told me that it's not safe to take anything w/ creatine or NO because it can tax the heart too much. what about taking aminos w/ creatine? not a good idea? or space them out throughout the day?
thanks. 3/3/2006 11:45:02 PM

1) creatine you should cycle on 12 weeks, off 4. that's what i've always heard. NO you don't really have to cycle. i don't like coming off of it either. i lose my veinage in the forearms, which is the only place i have it. i've also heard the most effective way to take NO & creatine is by taking them in conjunction. NOxplode has been working very well for me lately. tastes pretty good too.
and as for when to take what, i would normally just follow the instructions on each individual one. i know most thermos want you to take it first thing in the morning and then again around lunch. creatine's a tricky bitch. mainly because it breaks down so fast if you don't get it in your system immediately. i used to take 3 grams in the morning and then 5 grams immediately following a workout with my protein. got really good results that way. but i'm one of those freaks who when i first start a cycle of NO & creatine, i typically put on at least 10 pounds in about 6 weeks.] 3/6/2006 11:00:43 AM

^thanks.
have u heard much about leukic? i had a friend who's using it now but says he doesn't see/feel any results. he takes them before working out.
what if u want to take NO explode (which i read u have to take about an hr before working out) & leukic (which my friend says the instructions are to take immediately before working out)? 3/7/2006 10:58:59 AM

i think leucine is an amino acid, that may be what you are talking about. i have 3240 grams of glutamine because a company sent me the wrong stuff and then let me keep it, i'd like to sell it so if any of you know somebody that wants to buy it let me know? 3/7/2006 11:27:44 AM

^^yeah, let me know if u find anything out about it.
^leukic is a new "anabolic" supplement by muscleTech. it claims big gains w/o the androgenic effects. but so far my friend said he hasn't noticed a difference.
i do believe it is a form (or concentrated form) of the amino acid, leucine. muscleTech also makes this stuff called "gakic" too. it's pretty much just amino acids too, i believe. 3/7/2006 3:20:26 PM

don't waste your money on anything by muscletech. all you need is multivitamin, creatine, whey protein, maybe some fish oil pills and green tea pills, food, sleep, and train like an animal. I just got 50lbs. of chocolate whey protein yesterday from trueprotein.com, only cost me $210. I get creatine from nutrabiotics - nutrabio.com. Its the cheapest and best way I've found to go.

^that's what i've been hearing a lot, that muscleTech is just overpriced fluff. i'm thinking it's best to keep the stacks simple like u suggested. & of course, eat right, sleep, & train hard. 3/8/2006 11:59:54 PM
